~Circuits that incorporate strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance activities into 1 program.

2. WHAT BENEFITS DO YOU THINK YOU MAY GAIN THROUGH PARTICIPATING IN CIRCUIT TRAINING?

~Heart muscles get stronger
~Total fitness level will improve
~Allows for a more active lifestyle
~Improved appearance and attitude

3. WHAT DOES IT CROSS TRAINING MEAN?

~Participating in a variety of activities that challenge different muscles and energy systems in the body.

4. SO YOU THINK WE ARE CROSS TRAINING IN CLASS? WHY?

~Yes, because every day we do something a little different so that we are working a variety of muscles and systems. For aerobic fitness, we have done step aerobics, aerobics, dancing, fitness stations, games...WE also have done some resistance training with bands, games and our own body weight (push-ups, squat jumps, sit-ups...)
